How refunds work on MoMo Ticketing. This is a product prototype; the text below is illustrative.
Tickets are generally non-refundable once issued, except in the cases below.
If an organiser cancels an event, the ticket price is refunded to the wallet or card used to pay, automatically where possible.
If an event is materially rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within the stated window.
If money left your wallet but no ticket was issued, do not pay again. Use Recover a ticket or Check payment status — if a ticket cannot be issued, the payment is refunded.
Refunds to MoMo or Airtel Money are usually near-instant once approved. Card refunds may take several business days to appear.
Refund questions can be raised through the Help centre with your order or payment reference.
