These terms govern your use of MTN Moments (moments.ug) to discover events and buy tickets. By using the service you agree to them. This is a product prototype; the text below is illustrative.
You may browse events and buy tickets for yourself or as a gift. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact details so your ticket can be delivered. You must be old enough to attend any age-restricted event you book.
The price shown is all-in — it includes VAT and any service fee, with no hidden charges added at payment. The final amount is always shown before you pay. Tickets are reserved for a limited time at checkout and released if payment is not completed.
Payments are processed through MoMo, Airtel Money, or card. You authorise the charge by approving the prompt on your phone or completing card details. We never store full card numbers, and we never ask for your PIN.
Tickets are delivered by SMS and WhatsApp where available, by email if you provide one, and are always available on the confirmation screen and in My Tickets. Each ticket carries a QR code and reference for entry.
Entry is subject to the organiser’s and venue’s rules. Organisers may change line-ups, timings, or venues. If an event is cancelled or materially rescheduled, refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Do not resell tickets above face value, use bots, or attempt to defraud the service. We may cancel tickets obtained fraudulently and refuse service where these terms are breached.
To the extent permitted by law, MTN is not liable for an organiser’s failure to deliver an event. Our responsibility for a ticket is limited to the amount you paid for it.
